What is the Discount Card? |
| Discount Card benefit is to save the money when they spend while doing the Bill transaction / Preparing Invoice automatically Merchant will issue discount, which is agreed on his / her consent letter. |

Customer benefited through this Discount Card, hence he / she got the Discount. |

Due to Discount Card Holder Business Transactions Merchant / out let Owner will benefit and Business walk –INS
will be increased. |

| Discount Card can be used the specified categories around 100 cities – |
| Discount Card is accepting Merchants / Out Lets / shops List available in discountcard.co.in web site and Discount Directory book provided by us. |
| Discount Card Company is only mediator in between Merchant and end client / Discount Card Holder. It does not operate any out let / services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of Merchants, Discount offers, prices to customers, it has tied up with many Merchant’s. |

| Discount Card responsibilities include |
|
Discount card company cannot take any responsibility, if any of the Merchant / Out let deny offering discount mentioned, but Discount card team take necessary steps for resolving the specific issue. |
|
Discount Card company cannot refund the money, if merchant/ out let deny Offering discounts. |
|
Client / Discount card Holder may get more discounts, which is specified on the web site / Discount card Directory, it’s totally depends on the Merchant interest, Session and Circumstances. |

| Discount Card Validity |
Discount card is valid for one year from the day of issue and it will cost
Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty only), kindly make a call if you want Discount Card : M : 97014 77375, 040 - 2780 3186. It’s not transferable. After expiry the card, which is specified in the Discount Card, a new card will be issued on the new prices at the point of time as per the terms and conditions. |

| Discount Card Acceptable areas |
Discount Card Holder can use card any where in India, which is listed stores in the discountcard.co.in web site. At Hyderabad, Discount card is valid from 20th of Jan 2012 onwards, where as other cities around July1st week onwards only this card will be going to be accepted. All the developments we will inform all the card holders and merchants by sms in advance and same matter will be available on the web site also.

Discount card lost or stolen! No duplicate card will be issued. |

If lost or stolen Discount card kindly inform to Discount card team. |

| IMPORTANT NOTE |
| Customer / Discount Card Holder will get Discount from shop / Out Let Merchant but either Bargaining Mode or Discount Card discount, only one will get both the things are not allowed while issuing discount, Card Holder should follow only one concept Either Bargaining or Discount Card Discount, it is mandatory clause. |

| This Discount card Concept is introduced benefit for the customers for unknowing discounts and saves when they spend so in this regard Card Holder only one concept should either bargain or Discount card, whichever is higher, but both the things are not permitted any where. |

| While taking a Discount Card – |
Company will issue an official receipt duly acknowledged by our staff with Customer Care details as well as details of the person Collected.
Discount card will never ask any Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking Details, kindly don’t give the said details to any body.
Discount card Holders agrees to comply with the terms of all Discount card Company and Affiliates advertiser and partner offers, promotions, and programs at all times. Discount card Company shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of Concerned Discount card (including cancellation of card) shall be final and binding. Discount card reserves the right to cancel or disable Card Membership and expiry validity of certain period in those cards that are inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive shall be defined as lack of one of the following: Card Duration validity completed not renewed in specific / mentioned duration, concerned card holder not turned up at a specified duration. |

Discount card And All Services Offered Therein Are Provided On A Strictly "As Is" And "As Available" Basis. DC MAKES NO WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR REWARDS OBTAINED BY MEMBERS THROUGH DC THROUGH AFFILATE ADVERTISERS OR PARTNERS; THAT DC WILL MEET MEMBERS' REQUIREMENTS; OR THAT DC WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR FREE; NOR DOES DC COM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF DC OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH DC. Discount Card Holder is sole responsible of issued warranty by the DC Associates or Affiliates.
DC failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by discountcard.co.in in writing.
Any Disputes / Legal Jurisdiction are Hyderabad only. |
